Had my car worked on and all that is wonderful. On the way home check brake light came on. I have called the dealership several times and left voice mails and even emailed them and no one has the courtesy to call me back!!!! This location for some reason lacks common courtesy as far as answering phones and returning calls. A lot of times the only way to get a response is to show up at the dealership. This is totally unacceptable and poor customer service.

The ONLY person at this dealership who was friendly was the finance manager. Tried to make a good deal and left since deal could not be reached, reconsidered and tried to call back, No one was ever at their desk to answer the phone, texts sent with no response; finally was told there may be a deal if the car wasn’t sold over the weekend (after driving 2.5hrs to give our business); told that the 3 recalls on the vehicle were not important (even though the one said the hood could fly up and block vision possibly causing a crash). ...

Awful experience every time I deal with this dealership. They don’t answer their phones and their customer service is seriously lacking. I made an appointment to get a recall item fixed, specifically asked if they had the part needed in stock, they assured me they did and two hours later learned they didn’t have the part. Worst experience I ever had. giving 1 as I cannot give 0 I bought used Hyundai Santa Fe 2017 car priced as 23500$. When I was about to make a final deal, I noted down front light has a damage and the sales agent said that it would be fixed. There was a conflict with the Genesis website service request info and the local Safford dealership website. The local dealership kept saying i only wanted to use a valet service!!!! My Genesis services warranty required for my included 15k mile warranty service said a LOANER VEHICLE was to be included. A courtsey loaner vehicle and drop-off which was included with my G80 purchase, was never shown on the local dealership's emails and/or text notifications. I had a wonderful experience with the dealership. Tevin was exceptional during the sales process. Osama, the finance person, did not sell me anything I didn't need, like the platinum service, and he had already discounted the prices. When we were driving the car, a light went on, and Scott could get the service team to resolve it since there was a backup. I would go back to them again for my next car.

Paul, our sales guy, was great but our experience with the finance office was less than stellar. He was disinterested in our concerns about how the OTD price should have been lower since we qualified for a bigger rebate (he simply shrugged), was irritated at basic questions (e.g., how long does it take to print sales forms), and lacked the sense of urgency to expedite the process for a family who had been on site for six hours.

Two stars because I was contacted and kept in the loop throughout the process. However, a hour after I picked my car up the check engine light came on and I contacted the dealership and as of now still haven’t heard back from them. They had my vehicle over a week already to fix the issue. They put me in a rental but I was told it would be covered. Then they charged me $5/day for the rental and gave me no information on how to be reimbursed for the $5/day. So overall not quality customer service.

I’ve had a number of problems with this dealership. They are abusive and do not care about the safety of their customers. I received a recall notice for the ABS system, so I called to make an appointment. I did so and I specifically asked if they had the part in stock. They said yes. I drove to the dealership after work to test drive a 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe ltz. I get there and the vehicle has a flat tire. After looking at the vehicle the tires were worn out and should have never passed state inspection. The tire that was flat had 2 plugs in the sidewall of the tire. I couldnt even test drive the vehicle because the tire wouldn't hold air. What a joke of a dealership take my word this place is horrible and the management is xxxx poor as well

Very pleased with almost all of the experience at Safford. Work done in a timely manner with good explanation of what was to be done and how long it would take. The only disappointment was on checking out. The cashier could not tell me where to find my vehicle. She just waved her hand in a general direction when I asked where to find my car. When I did eventually find the car it was blocked by a Safford demo auto. I had to go find someone who could move the blocking vehicle before I could leave.

Had my 2017 G80 serviced at Safford of Springfield yesterday, they picked up the car, performed the service and returned it. Richard, the service advisor called me twice to give me status updates and answer questions I had. All in all, very pleased with the service!
