Dealership was very polite and courtesy however the process was extremely too long for one day. Salesman I had was assisting another customer before he was done with me. He didn't provide me with copy of carfax papers after I called on Monday Sales Manager on Tuesday had to fax.

Walked into the dealership on a Sunday afternoon without an appointment. Was met by Alex who was in the process of going to eat his lunch, but stopped to ask if I’d been helped, I said I hadn’t but would wait if he wanted to go eat. He chose to help. My goal in my visit was just to get info on the sonata hybrids, i met Dee and felt very welcomed and immediately no pressure, i test drove 2 sonata hybrids before i found the one, even though it turned out to be a long wait to get all the paperwork finalized, the manager and Dee made sure i was taken care of right up until I left, im glad i boughtfrom Safford and would recommend to anyone!

I had a wonderful experience with the dealership. Tevin was exceptional during the sales process. Osama, the finance person, did not sell me anything I didn't need, like the platinum service, and he had already discounted the prices. When we were driving the car, a light went on, and Scott could get the service team to resolve it since there was a backup. I would go back to them again for my next car.
Paul, our sales guy, was great but our experience with the finance office was less than stellar. He was disinterested in our concerns about how the OTD price should have been lower since we qualified for a bigger rebate (he simply shrugged), was irritated at basic questions (e.g., how long does it take to print sales forms), and lacked the sense of urgency to expedite the process for a family who had been on site for six hours.
I went in for an oil change and they reminded me it was time for my 85K service. Got both done and saved me time!

Very pleased with almost all of the experience at Safford. Work done in a timely manner with good explanation of what was to be done and how long it would take. The only disappointment was on checking out. The cashier could not tell me where to find my vehicle. She just waved her hand in a general direction when I asked where to find my car. When I did eventually find the car it was blocked by a Safford demo auto. I had to go find someone who could move the blocking vehicle before I could leave.
