Service writers were excellent; keeping me informed through the process. The service manager Mr. Kim was especially exceptional in helping guide this major problem and in answering all my concerns. Kudos to all involved in the repair of my vehicle.

I had my car towed on June 11, 2024. I sit here now on June 25, 2024 with no diagnosis of what is wrong. Multiple calls and even went in person. All I get is the same response. No one has looked at your car.

Service is always easy to schedule and Service managers friendly and helpful. Always know up front what will be done, how much it will cost, and how long it will take.

I went online to buy a car, found a car. Then they sent me to Safford Hyundia who told me they dont ship cars and I need to drive 16 hrs to pick it up.

Had my car worked on and all that is wonderful. On the way home check brake light came on. I have called the dealership several times and left voice mails and even emailed them and no one has the courtesy to call me back!!!! This location for some reason lacks common courtesy as far as answering phones and returning calls. A lot of times the only way to get a response is to show up at the dealership. This is totally unacceptable and poor customer service.

After long term experience, the past two visits were extremely disappointing and frustrating. We brought our vehicle in for check engine and oil light. After two weeks not even a diagnostic was done. Constant excuse "they are so busy"

The sales person Mischelle was HORRIBLE. Once she got the sale she was done. No return calls or follow up on promises. I would not take anything free from her. Salesperson of the year…NOT. The entire experience there was absolutely dreadful.

The ONLY person at this dealership who was friendly was the finance manager. Tried to make a good deal and left since deal could not be reached, reconsidered and tried to call back, No one was ever at their desk to answer the phone, texts sent with no response; finally was told there may be a deal if the car wasn’t sold over the weekend (after driving 2.5hrs to give our business); told that the 3 recalls on the vehicle were not important (even though the one said the hood could fly up and block vision possibly causing a crash). The car buying process took incredibly long for no good reason; we asked to take a measly $130 something off and they wouldn’t; they would not give us a half tank of gas for full; the car was in decent condition when test driven, said car was moved and when we went to leave after purchase, there was a nick in the windshield that wasn’t there. We were accused of it happening when we left even though we did not leave the lot; argued with the accuser; what was to be the customer service “manager” came out very defensive and would not help; asked for the inspection report, never got it; asked for the general manager’s information and was told, “no, and that’s a capital NO”; was also told there was no window for return and that policies were in place in Virginia. Left dealership extremely disgruntled. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! They only wanted our money and that vehicle off the lot.
