They would not communicate with me. I would call to speak to the Service Advisor, Manager, etc, and no one would ever call me back. I rarely had any idea what was going on.

Took car in because check engine light was on. Cleared the light and told maybe needed software update. Why didn't dealership update software? Light back on and need to bring in again

The service department seem to do good work. I had some issues with the service consultants. I did not receive the correct time for the completion of work. Something that was stated 3 hours took 6. Then when the car was completed did not get notified. I was on site. I had to ask for status. Called several times the mail box was full and then got hung on. Peter was a pleasure to deal with. He provided me with the documentation I needed to submit to Hyundai corporate for reimbursement under the extended warranty for peeling paint on my 2018 Sonata.
Sayed Dawud was a great salesman. Very helpful. Went out of his way to help us. Kevin Murphy did a great job and gave us what we wanted for the trade in and gave the price that was incorrect for the MSRP.

I had my care in the shop for two days and no one called to give me updates. I picked up the car on Saturday and it acted up again. I left four messages. Two with my contact person, one with the receptionist, and one with the department. It is Thursday and no one has called me back.
If it wasn't for my salesman Charles, I never would have came back. I was going to go back to Koons, but Charles and Manger Nick took care of me. The first Manger was Rude and obnoxious. I really didn't like his customer service period.

Service was fine. I was notified that my car was ready but showed up and everything was closed for a Christmas party. No one told me.

Contact anyone at this or other Hyundai dealerships is nearly impossible. Whether through web site, text, or through phone, you are lucky to get a hold of someone about the status of your car. Meanwhile, I have gotten at least 3 calls about scheduling my Tucson for maintenance with less than 5000 miles on it. Also, 1 call suggesting I come into the VIP sales event and trade the Tucson in. Very frustrating
Sales part went well but it was dissappointing to have recieved the car with poor detailing work. I could not accept it and had to change plans and make unnecessary expenses on Uber rides since the detail team was not efficient on time and quality work.

I had an alert flashing consistently saying Check Digital key system. I was in Columbia, MD and tried to take the car to a dealer near where I was. That was to no avail. The service experience was very good. I arrived earlier than my appointment time and was waited on right away. I had my oil changed and tire rotation. Abdon explained that there was a recall on the vehicle. I was told that the my vehicle was okay, but the parts would be ordered replaced once they arrive.
Everybody was friendly. I brought my 6 month old car in for a recall. I picked up a loaner car for which I had already filled out all the forms and left the security deposit. When I got there I was told that I couldn’t get a loaner for a recall. This was eventually resolved. When I picked up the car the next day it was full of snow but the windows were cleared. She checked for any vehicle updates and arranged for transportation to my job and when my car was ready she arranged for transportation to pick me up and bring me back to Safford Hyundai. I had a genuinely awful experience at Safford Brown Hyundai. There was a total lack of communication from the service team, customers were yelling in the lobby, and the whole place felt like chaos. They didn’t fix the issue the first time, which forced me to come back and waste more time. Overall, it was disorganized from start to finish.

Recently bought my Santa Fe Hybrid there. Experience was excellent. No pressure tactics, lots of cars on the lot to see. Salesman Edwin was great to work with and followed up with me often in the week following purchase to ensure I didn't have any questions about how to use the systems in the vehicle. Would certainly go back there for a future purchase.

Even though I had an appointment for routine manufacturer-recommended 8,500 mile service (oil change & tire rotation), it took them about 2.5 hours to do the work. I had to stand out in the cold to wait for a service rep for at least 20 minutes. I do not understand the point of booking a maintenance appointment slot at this dealership, given the wait time, as it clearly doesn't mean my car will get serviced any faster than if I just did a walk-in.

Our service advisor was great! She handled all of our issues. The lounge area was nice and clean. A loaner was available for us.
The dealership failed to complete the work and we will have to make another appointment after they failed to order the necessary parts, even after we gave them the exact TSB we wanted done.
Roberto, Kevin and Antoine were first rate. They made us feel very welcome, put us at ease and helped us through every step of the process of buying a certified used car. I have an issue with almost all the Hyundai Customer service personnel. They should be able to check if your car is within warranty before they make it feel you can’t pay for the services.
