So What’s Changed For the 2025 Hyundai TUCSON?

The 4th generation Hyundai TUCSON has been in production since 2020, and it’s about time Hyundai worked its Refresh magic. For the 2025 (or 2024, depending) model, the lovable compact SUV receives minor to major changes to its interior and exterior.

  • Updated Parametric Jewel LED Lighting: The headlights and daytime running lights have been redesigned with a sharper, more angular appearance.
  • Revised bumper and skid plate: The front bumper has been reshaped and features a more prominent faux skid plate, contributing to a more rugged aesthetic.
  • New Exterior Options: Two new exterior colors are available: Fine Green Matte and Ultimate Red Metallic.

Interior Changes

  • Panoramic Curved Display: The biggest change is the new panoramic curved display, which combines a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen into one seamless unit. This creates a more immersive and driver-centric experience.
  • Physical Controls: Despite the increased focus on touchscreens, Hyundai has wisely retained some physical buttons and knobs for essential functions like climate control and audio volume. This helps to reduce driver distraction while maintaining ease of use.
  • Improved Storage: The center console now features a wireless smartphone charger and relocated cup holders for better usability. The door pockets and other storage compartments have also been redesigned for increased functionality.
  • Interior Color Options: Inside, a new tri-tone interior option with green, black, and gray shades adds a touch of personality.
